With sales up by just 2% year-on-year for its entire 2024 financial year, the world's leading American concert promotion and ticketing company Live Nation is breaking with the accelerated pace of growth in its business since the post-COVID recovery. Revenue growth was 36% in 2023 and 44% in 2022.

At $23.15 billion in 2024, however, Live Nation's global sales will set a new record in terms of annual revenues. It has more than doubled compared with 2019, the pre-pandemic year in which the company set its first all-time record in this respect, at $11.5 billion, before recording a second in 2022, at $16.7 billion, and a third in 2023, at $22.72 billion.

Concert revenues reached $19.02 billion in 2024 (+ 1.5% year-on-year), with 54,687 events organised worldwide (+ 9.2% year-on-year), compared with $18.74 billion in 2023 (+ 38.8% year-on-year).
